TRANSPORTATION

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has published its Transport Operations Policy for 2005-8.

This sets out the general strategic and operational role of the Bank in this sector and establishes the overall framework for the Bank’s activities.

It was approved by the Board of Directors on 19 April 2005. It is the third such policy, and replaces the previous document which was approved in February 1997.

Regular up-dates on EBRD financing appear in the monthly ECCE Brussels Brief.
