Turkish Chamber of Civil Engineers is the widest technical organisation in Turkey , with  60,000 members, 26 branches and 135 representation offices. Since 19th December 1954 , the week of foundation has traditionally been accepted as National Civil Engineering Week. TCCE has made proposals and carried out activities which will provide the best evaluation of national resources for the benefit of the country, has supported and formed any necessary public arrangements in the idea of a more civilized nation, has opposed and debated proposals that are against the national will and has always fulfilled the responsibility of an engineering concept incorporating sustainability and consistency.

Publications: TCCE has periodicals on civil engineering related issues academic and professional, Turkish Engineering News, Technical Digest and Digest, biweekly, monthly and annually, which are considered as essential references in the Turkish civil engineering media.
