CLOSER LINKS WITH JAPANESE ENGINEERS

On the 25th January 1999 ECCE President Professor Antonio Adao da Fonseca visited the ECCE Secretariat to meet senior representatives of the Japan Society of Civil Engineers, including their President Dr. End. Hiroshi Okada.

It is hoped that in this way, learned society activities between Japanese and European civil engineers will be stimulated and that there will be an exchange of appropriate publications.
